I am motivated by ‘ripple effect development,’ where individuals are empowered to instigate change that grows beyond themselves. Impressed by the Ashinaga Africa Initiative’s mission of empowering future Young Leaders to play their part in development, I joined Ashinaga in 2019 after completing my Master’s degree in International Relations at Cardiff University. It has been a privilege working with individuals from across the world, both Scholars and colleagues, who are passionate about making a difference.
