Karine Rakoto Andrianarivelo

Karine is from Madagascar and also studied in France. She is passionate about African politics, poetry and literature, Malagasy stories and cultures, and their interconnections with the rest of the world. Prior to joining Ashinaga, she worked in sustainable development research and policy-making in Brazil, human rights advocacy with refugees, asylum seekers and stateless persons law in Madagascar, and social-digital innovation and technology in France, at United Nations agencies as well as at various startups. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Development from Sciences Po Paris and a Masters in International Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris.
