Nana Tagami
Parent/Guardian Support Line
Right now, I work as a counsellor for scholars’ parents and guardians. I listen to their stories to understand the problems they have and support them by providing useful information and social/domestic resources. I also conduct research to better understand scholars’ living environment, to advocate political measures for bereaved families, single parents and disabled parents families. I write a column on the topic of guardians every month for our web site.
What motivates me to work for Ashinaga is my desire to be useful to young students, seeking to access higher education. I adore all our international and domestic scholars who work hard for a bright future and achieved their dreams. I would like to make sure that they are enjoying their academic lives, growing healthy and making positive progress.
