Ashinaga is pleased to announce that Prof. Flemming Besenbacher has joined the Kenjin – Tatsujin International Advisory Council, a supporting body of the Ashinaga Africa Initiative (AAI).
Prof. Besenbacher is Chairman of the Carlsberg Group, the Carlsberg Foundation, and the Tuborg Foundation and is an international leading scientist within the field of nanoscience. He has more than 700 scientific articles in international journals and is one of the most cited Danish scientists.
Ashinaga staff met with Prof. Besenbacher in Denmark on the 5th November. They explained the role of council member and presented Prof. Besenbacher with his official appointment letter along with fellow council member Bolette Christensen.
The council now has 117 members from 47 countries.
