The theme was “Exploring Employment with a Focus on Professional Skills Development”. The sessions were based on the Tsudoi’s theme and objectives. The first and second days focused on mental health awareness, leadership frameworks, essential career tools and critical thinking, interview preparation, and exploring entrepreneurship as a viable employment avenue. The Tsudoi played a crucial role in igniting the leadership potential within the participants. There was an emphasis on the importance of being competitive in the employment landscape, the event also encouraged Scholars to proactively develop their careers and instilled a sense of responsibility towards their communities.
